Quality does not always come at a high-price – SuperSprings out-delivers on both!

SuperSprings, unlike other products available in the market, is the only product that works to protect the full length of your suspension, not just the back half, which often results in an overworked front half and a sagging rear end.

SuperSprings act in parallel with the existing spring pack, sharing the total load on the wheel to evenly balance the front and back axles. SuperSprings are designed to increase comfort and safety whether unloaded, loaded, or towing.

BAKKIES

The Bakkie, especially the double-cab, has increased in popularity as a dual usage vehicle – for leisure and as a workhorse. This has presented motor manufactures with the dilemma of how to balance comfort and safety, whether the vehicle is being used for work or leisure. Unfortunately, a comprise was reached between these two needs, with the outcome being that the suspension is not as efficient on workhorse mode as it should be.

Whether 4×4 or 4×2, most bakkies are designed to carry a one tonne payload. However, this is only true if the weight is medium sized and placed between the back of the cab and the rear axle. This, of course, is not always possible because most loads don’t come conveniently sized to match the specifications of the payload.

For workhorse use, problems with bakkies increase when a steel, fibreglass, or refrigerated canopy/body – which can weigh between 100 to 450kg – is added. This often fixed addition reduces the vehicle’s payload. Although SuperSprings are designed to evenly distribute the weight when load demand increases, we strictly advise against loading any vehicle beyond the manufacturer’s gross vehicle weight rating.

SUVs & 4X4

Sports Utility and 4×4 vehicles all have a high centre of gravity with soft suspension. This often results in exaggerated lean when cornering, which is not only uncomfortable but can lead to overcorrecting. After fitting SuperSprings, our clients report a much safer and more comfortable drive, whether driving empty, loaded, or towing. The further the vehicle leans, the greater the counter-force exerted by SuperSprings, greatly reducing the exaggerated lean.

Installing SuperSprings increases driving safety, and the overall effect is a reduced lean and drift through corners, maximum road holding, and improved steering control. SuperSprings is a must have for all boating and caravanning enthusiasts because it boost towing capacity without stiffening the ride.
